Cancellation Policy

Training sessions can be booked up to 1-day in advance, where places are still available. Where places are already taken, we can offer a waitlist option, where people are taken strictly in order of placement on the waitlist should places become available. If there are insufficient numbers for the course to go ahead 28 days before it is due to start, we reserve the right to cancel the course. In this instance, we will give you a choice of receiving a full refund at that time or moving the booking to the next available course. Payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable within 28 days of the start of the course. This is to ensure that the course can run for the remaining participants. The course is run online using Zoom. Delegates are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary software and an appropriate internet connection to be able to utilise the training. Delegates will also need an email address for receipt of training materials.
